Learn to make Clementine’s beloved cavatelli from scratch—dough, shaping, and all. Finish it off with a broccoli top pesto and enjoy your handmade pasta together around the table.

Basic Knife Skills
Chop like a chef! Get hands-on with knife techniques while prepping a rainbow of fruits and vegetables. Then sit down to a three-course meal made from your hard work.

Gulf Fish en Papillote + Beurre Blanc

Private classes at Clementine start at $3,500 and are limited to 16 guests.
Adding a cooking class or demo to a full buyout or @Home experience? Pricing starts at $45 per person, based on the class style and menu.
Each experience includes all ingredients, class materials, and a light meal featuring the dishes prepared in class.
