In searching for our inspiration for this month’s menu, I was reminded how much I love the heat of August, especially growing up in New Orleans. It’s that heat that doesn’t stop and the humidity that keeps on going. Friday 08/15/25 take advantage; we are offering 4 course $59 Pre Fixe menu with a sharp focus on New Orleans and the foods that we love from my home. Reservations are highly suggested for this very rare day.
