If you haven’t experienced Fat Tuesday at Clementine, just picture a full house, gold lamé shirts and beads galore, and dish after dish showcasing New Orleans’ trademark flavors and festive spirit. Better yet, book now to make your own memories at Clementine’s biggest dinner party of the year! Chef John, a New Orleans native, and Chef Elise have created a six-course, Feed Me-style menu that includes Creole shrimp and grilled okra salad, quail and andouille gumbo, St. Charles-style fried chicken and biscuits, and John’s almost-famous bread pudding, among other New Orleans-inspired bangers.
